Maeda Brand offers FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the US and on all orders over $79 and $4.95 Flat Rate Shipping on orders under $79. International shipping cost varies according to the weight and destination of your order.

Rejected and undelivered packages are returned to Maeda Brand. If you'd like us to resend your package, a new shipping fee will apply. If we don't hear from you again, we treat the order as cancelled and refund the money minus the initial shipping cost.

If your not satisfied with your order, you can return the order with a FREE return label for a store credit within 30 days of receipt, however, if the item has been washed or worn, this voids our return policy and is no longer eligible for return/exchange. If you opt for a credit card refund, $5.95 will be deducted for return shipping.

We offer discounted international rates to virtually any Country. Shipping starts at just $7.95 to select destinations.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will be happy to accept returns that are in resalable condition as long as they are returned within 30 days of the shipment date. You may choose to receive either a refund or a store credit. Outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded.

Return Procedure
To create a return please access our return portal and follow the instructions to create your return label (domestic orders) or receive information on how to return international orders.
Notes:
Returned items that are crumpled and not folded correctly, do not have tags, or packaging will be subject to a minimum restocking fee. The item will not be accepted as a return if it is in poor condition, dirty, washed, or worn. Restocking fees will not be charged for items returned in original condition. If you ship your item back to us before obtaining an RMA your return may be delayed. Store credits and refunds will not be issued until the item has been received and deemed resalable.
